WrestleMania 41 week is shaping up to be an action-packed affair—not just for the talent featured on the official two-night WrestleMania card, but for many others across the WWE roster.
As part of the growing crossover between WWE and independent promotions, several WWE superstars are confirmed to appear at Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XIII, adding even more excitement to the week’s lineup.
Last year, WWE made headlines by allowing several of its performers to appear at Bloodsport, and this year’s edition promises to be even bigger. Previously announced participants include:
Now, two more WWE names have officially been added to the Bloodsport XIII card.
Former NXT Women’s Champion and MMA veteran Shayna Baszler is set to return to the gritty, hybrid style of Bloodsport competition. She will face Japanese wrestling star Konami, fulfilling what Konami has called her "dream match."
Josh Barnett confirmed the bout on X (formerly Twitter), posting:
“Konami said that her ‘Dream Match’ is to face Shayna Baszler – dreams can come true although Shayna Baszler sees it a little differently… KONAMI vs ‘The Queen of Spades’ Shayna Baszler at Josh Barnett's: Bloodsport XIII.”
Also added to the event is current NXT superstar Tavion Heights, continuing the trend of WWE’s developmental talent stepping into new and challenging environments. Bloodsport, known for its no-ropes, strike-heavy format, offers a unique opportunity for WWE wrestlers to showcase a different side of their in-ring skills.
With WWE stars like Pete Dunne, Natalya, Karrion Kross, Shayna Baszler, and Tavion Heights now confirmed for Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XIII, the event is quickly becoming a can’t-miss spectacle during WrestleMania week.
